We enjoyed a very special visit. We had our 9 year old granddaughter with us to celebrate her 10th birthday. We explained to our server that we did not receive the email for her birthday meal. Sarah, our server spoke with the manager, the manager made it right and our granddaughter's meal was given to her free. Sarah might just be the best waitress we've encountered ANYWHERE! Always a favorite of mine. Burning love burger. And thank god brought back the good garlic fries
I don't particularly like chain restaurants but Red Robin is very family friendly and eating with a 2.5 year old is always an adventure. We were seated quickly and the waitress greated us promptly. Overall service was terrific. When we received our food, my wifes burger had bbq sauce, she had built her own and didn't want sauce. She ate it anyways. We mentioned it to the server, she apologized, shortly thereafter the manager came and said the burger was on the house. This did not have to be done but was greatly appreciated. ... read more
The food and service was outstanding!! The restaurant was clean and inviting.
Been here many times - server was good but I was a little disappointed that my salad had brown lettuce especially when I'm paying $11 - my son also had chicken tendor that was fatty and un- edible (another $11 dish) Was the first time I was disappointed- may have just been an off day?
Avon Red Robin is always amazing! Nice staff always!
