Absolutely unprofessional. They had our meters mixed with another apartment for 3 months. Gave us only 2 months to pay back what they screwed up. We called to make sure they were correct and they insisted they were correct. The app won't even show the correct amount to pay. There's a 100 dollar difference from the paper bill and the bill on the app. So far, worst company I've had to deal with.
Best electric company ever! OG&E could learn a lot about customer service from REA. When you call you talk to a live person! If there is an outage a live person calls you back to check on you. I never experienced either of these with OG&E.
