Dale was very nice and helpful. The storage facilities are clean and easy to maneuver around while moving things in/out. The location of the facility is also convenient, especially if you're coming out of the DFW area.
First off let me just say I am a veteran and very familiar with moving as well as acquiring storage units for short to long periods of time Dale and his wife hands-down have made this my most enjoyable moment acquiring a storage unit no hassle no back-and-forth. I’ve called three different storage units in Paris And storage Paris not only was the most affordable but a brand new facility clean and very easy to get into. Dale and his team are exceptional when it comes to public storage. My experience with them has been nonetheless than one of the best customer vendor interactions I’ve ever had the fact that Dale answers the phone when you call says more than enough about southern hospitality an the way it should be when I finally had my property built, and I was able to move my RV to its final location dale was of the upmost help with prorating my account back in to my account in an expeditious and timely manner highly highly recommend this ... read more
