New Management is a must... When you move out of these apartments they give you a list of charges you will be charged if you do not detail clean the apartment. I cleaned the apartment spotless and spent over $100 to get the carpet cleaned and was still fined over $1000. The management went in my apartment without my permission and can be extremely nosy. Which is crazy cause they are helpless. I have heard many complaints about these apartments from others and thus agree with them giving these apartments a grade of unsatisfac... read more
You don't want to live here...POOR MANAGEMENT The management is horrible. They do nothing to try to help their residents except to make their lives miserable. They gave another resident our package, which even had our apartment # and name on it, yet they let someone else have this package. They are rude and unprofessional. I had my light fixture fall on from my ceiling twice. I have had my closest shelves fall down. There were multiple problems. Yet, the places were nice, they have gone downhill quickly over time. Basic Living I found the accomodations at Red River Ranch to be very basic. The carpet, paint, and furnishings were OK, but they could already use some updating. The workout center and pool were nice and accessible. The management was always helpful. It's a great place to live if you don't want anything fancy.
Just another apartment complex This is just one more apartment complex. Nothing bad, but nothing special either. The pool/workout/community area is fantastic, but the icky carpet cancels that out. The apartments are pretty new (still clean) and very well maintained. They're also pretty small and have indoor/outdoor carpet.
