So thankful for Red River Plumbing and Mechanical. My special needs son flushed a ball down the toilet and emptied out toothpaste and baby powder down the sink. I didn’t know what was wrong with the toilet. But they figured it out quickly.
Great experience. Came from an hour and a half away because we couldn’t get anyone “local.” Made sure we were good to go before leaving. Had to get on the roof in the hot sun to go down our main drain. Worked quickly and got the job done. Would definitely use again!
Once I contacted Adam we set a time for him to look at my project. He showed up with a great attitude and helped my wife and I understand what we were looking at and what it would take to make it right. The next day I got two estimates for the work I needed done and we’ve moved forward from there. Great attitude, great answer for a plumber. Thank you Adam.
