I had the best buying experience I've ever had at Red River Chevrolet! Checked out their website, found the vehicle I wanted, called Kelli Lovell Spearman (who put me in touch with a salesperson) and practically bought my vehicle over the phone! All I had to do was go sign the papers and drive my Equinox home! You can't ask for a much easier, no hassle, buying experience than that! I will be going back to Red River Chevrolet for my next vehicle!
Just bought a used traverse from them. Horrible experience. Test drove it and the air conditioner was out and the radio had a glitch. Was told if we bought it they would fix both. They fixed the air conditioner but are refusing to fix the radio. I will never buy a car or refer someone to them.
Thank you and your wonderful service department for taking us in and treating us like "family". Glad to be back on the road and headed to Crockett, Texas.
