I have rented from a few places in fargo and the worst experience I've had to this Date is red river properties, they get you in claiming all these perks of living with them but in reality the lady that does the showings is rude and stuck up, she's constantly giving us dirty stares when she does showings on the other 50 townhouses that they have sitting vacant, she doesn't communicate with the neighbors when they have a very aggressive German shepherd that tries attacking my little dogs , she talked to them one time and clai... read more

Very good property, worse management ever. Do not rent from this place . You will text the worse service ever . Management is very rude ….
My husband and I moved back HOME to Fargo this past summer and working with Red River Management made the move so much smoother. Tressa is absolutely wonderful and the maintenance staff are prompt in making sure our rental needs are met. The brand new property is beautifully crafted and this house is a great fit for us during this season.
