The beds are hard and you can feel the springs. Our door did not lock! The key cards did not work, took back to the front desk 3 times!!! I was asked if I had put it near my phone. No apology! The TV did not work. The only good thing . . . Hot water and the room was neat and clean. Come on Red River you can do better than this! I want my money back!!!

For the price....they should be shamed. The room was out dated for sure smelled like smoke. No decent amenities for the price of $70 ridiculous the only good part about it was the lady at the checkout desk was a very sweet and kind I enjoyed her conversation.

Price was increased since there was a Vince Gill concert at Winstar. The hotel needs a lot of repairs. Our room had carpet that was completely frayed were it meets the tile and could be a trip hazard. The lamp shade was dirty and beat up. The continental breakfast at 8:45 had not been replenished and lacked luster.

Friendly staff and guests!!! My back feels fantastic because the beds are like a dream. Ive never slept so good in my life! The rooms are equipped with Everything !!! All the amenities!!! Great prices and a wonderful stay! Will be back.

The rooms aren’t THROUGHLY cleaned but do-able; the thing that makes me give them this rating is the older prejudice lady that works there in the evenings. I spoke to her, she did not speak back. She immediately asked me for my ID and payment in such a rude voice, like I was rude for interrupting her from watching the tv show that she was looking at when I walked in. I asked for a specific room because if the room weren’t available why would I need to give my ID and form of payment??? She then pointed to her left at the serv... read more
