I deeply regret that while I very much stand behind Dr Hutto as a practitioner, the office and support staff, at least of late, leave much to be desired. Simply put, I needed a more detailed revision of a letter they had already written, which my employer required within 7 days. Submitted via portal, 2 voicemails as staff refused to get me to a real person, then an after-hours call to get some action for which they billed me... all because their office couldn't even acknowledge the request after 4 business days. All the docs rock. Usually you can get in the same day.
Great group of physicians. Dr. Lambeth is knowledgable and easy to talk to. He's been my physician for more than 10 years. I recommend him highly!
