I started off like everybody else going to the regular gym and through social media, CrossFit caught my eye and I fell in love with it! I contacted Chris at Red River and he was super nice. I came in to discuss my future goals and why I was looking to get out of the gym. When I walked in the door, there was a class going on and it just finished up and everyone talked to me like I have been there for years.. ....
