Been with this bank since 1989. Nothing but good and Great people. Always looking out for their members.
We had a check to pay off my car disappear and now every time we call they tell us to hold and immediately transfer us to voicemail. This has happened repeatedly and I will be telling everyone I know about their incredibly rude and inept service.
This is not a bank for people who are new to banking. They are very savvy with fees. Be careful in the river!
I hate this bank I moved and told them I moved and I had to get a new card activated it and it still won't work-_- I have over 2 grand in my account and it's pretty sad when I can't buy groceries!!! Will be canceling my account very soon!
