I joined a few years ago and I liked the service I got a few loans from them never missed a single payment on any of my loans with them I know things change I hit a slow pay with another creditor and when I went back to get another loan it showed up on my credit report so I was denied for the loan what does another creditor have to do with my payment history with rrfcu I felt lost.
I am very pleased with their customer service very friendly and helpful. Just wish my direct deposit was faster but its no big deal.
