I have been a member with this credit union since I was 16! This was my very first account. I still use it. I have several other accounts with a couple banks but the reason I keep my rrfcu account is because even though there are none in Louisiana they have always been spectacular with helping me with any kind of loan. Polite and smiling every time I go, and now they have even integrated mobile deposit so even though I don't live near one, I can still deposit and do transactions without any complications or delays!!
