Three days after applying for a home loan and juggling all the paperwork I was asked for, I was told that the loan would have to be manually underwritten and "Rrfcu doesn't do that." Quicken loans, ten minutes approved, but the time I wasted dicking with Red River cost me the house I really wanted. Somebody had made an offer by the time I received approval from Quicken. Never again Red River, never again.
Love the bank itself but the staff isn’t too great at the Paris branch
Best Credit Union/bank around. I have not so good credit and they helped me finance a car and after it got totaled out, they also helped me get into another car immediately!!! RRFCU for LIFE !!!!
Awesome bank. Very friendly staff at each branch I have been to. Very quick in helping you start new account or getting a loan.
