I have banked with RRFCU for 24 years and until the past 5 have been very pleased. However recently I have had some very bad experiences!! Example: I travel very often for my job (another issue I had cleared up with them) and on March 31 i attempted to use my card at a gas station in Canadian Texas. It was declined! Now I know I got money in there!! So I then tried to get on the app to check my balance. I love Red River Federal Credit Union! I have used them for 30+ years and have never had anything but good service. It is obvious that they care about their members. They are knowledgeable in every area of banking.
I’ve had RRFCU my whole life and have never had any problems. I love that they watch closely for fraudulent activity and are quick to call. I would rather them be safe than sorry when it comes to handling my money. Thanks RRFCU
