I have banked with RRFCU for 24 years and until the past 5 have been very pleased. However recently I have had some very bad experiences!! Example: I travel very often for my job (another issue I had cleared up with them) and on March 31 i attempted to use my card at a gas station in Canadian Texas. It was declined! Now I know I got money in there!! So I then tried to get on the app to check my balance.
