Not sure how they are still in business. If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I dealt with a scheduling office that said they need a doctor to call and schedule an appointment on my behalf…until now. I received an unexpected bill from RRC for 475.00. I contacted them and updated my insurance information and they filed it within a couple of days. With a company filing a lot of claims daily, there is sure to be a few mistakes now and then. Overall, my experience was very satisfactory. 05/30/25-Update to the above review. Red River Consultants found an overpayment on my account and refunded the money back quite promptly.

I just received a call from a law firm collections agency for a bill from over a year ago. I have paid 4 bills with Red River Consultants this year. I never received a bill, an email, nor a phone call about the 1 year old bill. This is not fair and messes up credit reports for no reason. Their billing department is not doing their job at all, yet I have to suffer and get penalized.
