Very disappointed in the food quality today. I went on Tuesday and the food was amazing. Decided to come back today to try the oxtails and more Mac n cheese with yams. The yams were extremely hard, the Mac was very dry and distasteful, and the oxtail was only bones hardly any meat at all.

As good as this food is THEY NEEDS TO INVEST IN SOME GLOVES!!!!! After handling NASTY MONEY they put their hand on your tray and the food-handles and drinks. That is my only concern 😟 😨 is germs and bacteria transferred to people's food and to go trays and drinks lids etc...

I really wanted to like this restaurant because of all the hype, but unfortunately my first experience was disappointing. Before ordering, I attempted to call the restaurant on multiple occasions, but no one ever answered the phone. That was frustrating because I had questions and was planning to drive over an hour to try the restaurant for the first time. So I went to red rice today and I was extremely disappointed. Everything looked to be good. I ordered the jerk wings, red rice greens and baked macaroni and cheese. The jerk wings were old and hard. You could tell they have been sitting all day, it was very disappointing. The red rice was hard and stale. You could tell that had been sitting all day. It was very disappointing. The fact that you get one turkey wing for a dinner plate screams bad business! Food portions are too small to call it a dinner plate more like lunch.
