Customer service sucks! It’s not even 8:00 pm but the refuse to give us service. When your hours are from a certain time, that means you should still provide service.
Cakes are delicious! Hot dishes are also great, except for the empanadas. I don’t recommend them.
I ordered an Ube Overload cake for delivery so I’m just rating the cake itself. For the amount I paid I only appreciated the size and beauty of the cake. It looked wonderful! The flavor however was non-existent. I like that it’s not too sweet, but it’s not too anything. Not much flavor and a bit on the dry side. I’ll try something else next time.
Amazing place in Seattle. Love eating here whether it's take-out or dine-in. We decided to pick-up a cake for my cousin's son's 7th birthday. The cake felt frozen and fresh when I picked it up, perfect to eat. I also grabbed some mamons and some breads too to accompany me when I went to the party. The party loved Red Ribbon. The cake was delicious and fresh, and the mamons and bread were delectable and sweet, everything you'd want in a bakeshop. I have come back here, and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!!! :)
