Picked up an order. The place was clean. The employees were nice and confirmed our order.
I am a loyal customer for red ribbon bergenfield and proud of the filipino food there. This time i am so pissed. I made a mistake placing the order on their website - theres option of pick up and delivery. I called right away 5x with 5-10 min space in between. Nobody picks up the phone. A guy called me at 4:30 asking when will i pick up the order. I told him what happened. He said they are understaff - one in kitchen and one in counter. Got 2 bags worth of mamon. Went home and a majority of them had mold on it. We were going to go back to get a refund, but the business hours said they’re closed. It looks like a lot of the low star reviews are due to mold. This issue needs to be fixed, especially because it’s a health issue!!
