Have been extremely disappointed in the work I had done by Red Rhino. It's been three months and there are still issues with the coating they did that have not been fixed. I shouldn't have to continue to follow up to get a job done. Not only that, I'm the one that is having to go up on my roof and point out obvious stuff out to them.

Update: Just received a letter from insurance that I need to address multiple issues with roof or coverage will be dropped. They said 75% of the roof was in poor condition and they recommended a full replacement. Had Red Rhino do a roof coating approximately 1.5 years ago. When their employee Paul Craig came out he said that overall the roof was in good condition and his only recommendation was a $21,750/4,000 sq foot roof coating.
