They've at least made efforts to correct mistakes. However, I feel like their salesperson was dishonest with me and just said what they needed to close the sale. Work quality has been sloppy and I've had to follow up a lot more than I should have to with a $20k job. Overall, wish I had never had any work done by them. Their project manager Larry has been helpful and my interactions with him are the only positive from dealing with Red Rhino.
