If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!! I called the salon at 4:30 pm to ask if anyone was available for my daughter and me to come in for a fill and two pedicures. The woman on the phone asked how long it would take us to get there — I said 10 minutes — and she replied, “Yes, we can take you in 10 minutes.” Perfect, right? Wrong. Honestly, pretty disappointed. First time I went to this shop, the photos of their work online look great. I asked for a fall design, the tech couldn’t get the leaves they had to stick. After a few minutes I said something, he was quick to take them off. I asked if they had any gold gems instead as I have seen lots of cool designs in their Google pics. My favorite nail bar in bel air!!
Went here after not having nails for 5 years and my experience was terrible. They overcharged me $15 and my nails were bumpy with bubbles in the gel polish. The acrylic wasn’t covering my entire nail. My natural nails were hanging out of the sides. And there was acrylic stuck to my skin even after washing my hands multiple times. They looked very messy.
