Called up Chris after selling a car through him many years ago, just for advice. He offered to help me sell a 2023 Prado, even though it wasn't a service they offered anymore (selling second hand cars), just on the basis of the relationship from the previous sale. Unbelieveable! Who does that! That's taking customer service to a new level. Would give 10 stars but unfortunatelty, that's not an option. Thanks so much Chris!
