Jeff definitely knows his stuff and went above and beyond to get me dialed in with my '19 Africa Twin with a full Race Tech set up front and rear (Gold Valves, springs, etc). It feels like a completely different bike! I highly recommend Red Plate. Pricing was super fair, turn around was crazy fast, and the service is more than stellar! I am beyond stoked with the results.
Does FANTASTIC work and even goes the extra mile doing things I didn't expect on a normal fork service. He is now my "suspension guy." I generally worked on my own suspension in the past but don't want to commit the time for it anymore, so having Red Plate around is awesome. Quick ride review of the big girl now that I have some time on the RED PLATE SUSPENSION work. These RR versions come stock with quality Sachs Open Cartridge suspension. They work well for casual trail riding and are super compliant, but bottom very easy with the soft feel.
