Horrible!! I went for an eyebrow and lip wax. I was called to the back,she stopped with pedicure she was in the middle of,waxed with one stroke top and bottom of eyebrows ripped it off.The same with lip.No tweeting remaining hair!! No conversation or thank you,or even a smile done in literally 3or4 minutes. Then says twenty seven,and walked out.They have burned my skin before and denied it. I will not be returning

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the service I received at your salon on April 24. This was my third visit to your establishment, and unfortunately, it will be my last. During my appointment, I requested a set of acrylic nails, but the final result was very poor. The nails are far too thick and do not look natural. This was my second time coming here. My first visit about a year ago felt much more professional, which is why this experience was disappointing. The technician did soak off my gel polish, but also used his own long fingernail to get underneath and pry parts of it off. It felt uncomfortable and came across as unsanitary, and left my nails feeling thinner than usual. The regular polish application was also not done well. I’ve been going here for years and after the last time I’ll be finding a new salon. The ladies here are nice enough but they don’t do quality work. My full set started popping off after a week. I’m a teacher… I’m not doing any kind of manual labor that would cause that to make sense. The nails were also uneven and lumpy. I didn't say anything to her because she didn’t give any kind of vibe like she would have cared anyways. Red Persimmon Nails & Spa is a solid choice in Menifee for routine nail care. Their strengths lie in their convenient location, friendly employees, and clean environment. There is some inconsistency in service quality and pricing transparency. Aesthetically it’s a very eye pleasing nail salon but with room for improvement on nail quality.
