Went in with my daughter lady decided to offer my daughter a moving chair I had my daughter sit on another chair when her nails were dry . My daughter then decided to sit next to me on the moving chair that was still available and ended up moving with the chair dropping an item lady was upset about it .. Maybe don’t have fragile stuff near where someone might drop it .🙄 My daughter felt terrible and I had to explain it was an accident and not her fault Told the lady to just leave my nails she didn’t bother to still do them ... read more

Absolutely terrible experience with the owner herself. On Sept 5, I went for a pedicure. She kept leaving mid-service, rushed me, ignored what I asked for, and pushed services I didn’t want. I asked for regular polish—she forced gel on me anyway. The next day, I saw how sloppy and awful my pedicure was. I called to have it fixed and went back on Sept 15. ⸻ I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. My nails came out very bulky and uneven, and the technician was extremely rough — they even cut into my cuticles, which was painful and unprofessional. For the price and time spent, I expected much better service and quality. I would not recommend this salon.
