Biz doesn’t respect his posted
⸻ I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. My nails came out very bulky and uneven, and the technician was extremely rough — they even cut into my cuticles, which was painful and unprofessional. For the price and time spent, I expected much better service and quality. I would not recommend this salon.
I was charged $96 for a pedicure, but the service did not match the price at all. The technician didn’t ask me what I wanted or discuss any options—she only asked about the scent. Overall, I felt rushed and not well taken care of. Definitely not worth the cost, and I won’t be going back. They clearly do whatever is convenient for them .
I took my grandma to get her toes done and they didn’t fully dry her toes I called and complained but they blamed it on us saying that “ it takes an hour for the polish to dry” when they clearly don’t tell you that there. They were very rude and hanged up.
