Very disappointing experience. I specifically called and asked if you were open on Monday, and I was told yes. I made an appointment and then asked again, “It’s on Monday, right?” and was assured that it was. I arrived for my appointment on Monday, only to find the salon closed. I’m leaving for a trip and planned my schedule around this appointment, so this was especially frustrating and inconvenient. Beware of hidden fees and deceptive pricing practices at this salon. I came in for a $40 callus removal package. During the service, the technician asked if I wanted a longer leg massage but never mentioned it would cost extra. They also aggressively pushed upgrades on me and my friend, which we declined. Later, I asked to have just my fingernails trimmed. I specifically said I did not want a full service. If you’re a perfectionist, maybe pick a different nail salon. Very little attention to detail even when trying to speak up for yourself and asking for what you want.
