Kayla is the best if you're looking for the perfect mani/pedi! She takes her time and is a perfectionist!
Instead of making a scene about the length I wanted my nails in front of everyone why not just come to me. The ladies didn’t want to help me at all and I waited for 20 minutes and people that would walk in would get helped before me. So ridiculous and very unprofessional. Will never come here nor recommend.
I wouldn't recommend this place. I went in the Saturday before easter 4/16/22. This picture was taken on 4/17/22, the next day. This review is being written on 4/18/22. I drove from Mission Viejo to RSM to meet a friend for mani/pedi's. We were seated right away since we were the first in line at 10am, which was great, but for some reason, they couldn't sit us next to each other, but rather semi-behind each other.
