Efficient but pricey I use Red Oak a lot for travel around the Westchester area. They know the area well and are very reliable - never once have I had a problem with them showing on time or getting lost. Their prices are pretty steep, however, but the cars are clean and the drivers know where they are going. The reservations people are friendly and knowledgable, it doesn't take forever to make the reservation.
Punctual & Professional Pickup at the airport was spot-on, professional and very friendly. Change of plans resulted in expeditious results. Although I didn't pay for the charges, I would recommend, just based upon performance.
Always reliable Occasionally, to save money, we have used a local cab to go to the airport. However, after lots of problems with other car services, we always use Red Oak for the pick-up or for anything important. The drivers are really professional and pleasant, as are the schedulers, and the cars are nice and clean. When it matters, pay a few extra dollars (and it's less than some other car services), use Red Oak and be sure you'll be picked up in a stress-free, reliable way.
