The receptionists, the dental assistants, the hygienist and the doctor were all very responsive and respectful. This is the friendliest dentist office I have ever been to. They confirmed with me my insurance information the day prior to my appointment. Also, they made time for me at the end of their workday to see me for additional services I needed after my initial appointment so I wouldn't have to wait for weeks to get the work done. 100% recommend.
One thing I immediately noticed about this dental office is that they never ask patients to leave a review and I genuinely appreciate that. It tells me the reviews they have are earned and honest. The dentist's bedside manner is exceptional. He's honest (which is rare to find), takes his time, and makes sure you're comfortable and at ease throughout your visit. Red Oak Smile Center is absolutely the best! Very affordable, great customer service, no long waits and very clean facility. Dr. Sadeddin is easy going and he educates you on your oral needs and treatments. All staff are very friendly!
