I have known Dr. Ronald Tolbert for nearly 25 years and his professional knowledge of animal care and love, concern for you pet is superb. Dr. Tolbert is an honest veterinarian.
My family and I were traveling home to from south Georgia with our 3 K-9 children when the youngest, our little Pippa, seemed to start choking. I have been a client of Red Oak Animal Hospital for 20 Years. The reason I keep going back is that the service is wonderful. Dr. Tolbert has so much patience. He takes time to show you how to handle your dog properly. He makes sure you are keeping up with routine visits, taking heartworm and flea treatments. Most importantly that you are caring for your dog with love. He takes time to explain all medical conditions as well as behavior situations. He responses quickly to emergencys. Dr. Tolbert has been caring for our "Angel" since she was a pup and she is now 15 years old. Angel has had some serious illnesses and always recovered. She has a few chronic problems but gets excellent care. Dr. Tolbert and staff are caring, competent and always professional. The environment is not sterile but warm and friendly. We always feel that we are leaving Angel with a family member when we board her at Red Oak.
They took time out tell me every thing. And they didn't. Play games or try to take u for your.money like other places in happy with the service I'm thankful for them
Dr. Tolbert and his staff are exceptional in caring for your loved ones! I have lived in the East Point area since 2006 and took my Chocolate Lab to many veterinarians and never received great service along with my dog not really enjoying the visit either. Not with Red Oak Animal Hospital! The staff always knows your name and greets you with a friendly smile and they truly love working with your pet. Red Oak Animal Hospital is the BEST in all of your pet's healthcare needs. My doggie FeeFee LaRue loves Dr. Tolbert , Nastasha, and his entire staff. I feel so comfortable when I travel and have to board FeeFee at Red Oak Animal Hospital because I know that they treat her as if she were theirs. Dr. Tolbert and his staff are very patient, thorough, and compassionate. We sought Dr.Tolbert's professional service with one of our pets who had an issue with it's front paw. Upon the examination he immediately addressed the issue, which had puzzled our previous veterinarian. Dr. Tolbert and his staff repaired our cat's paw with care and love. I have four dogs and take them all to Red Oak. Everyone is very courteous and friendly. They are great with pets. I have been going there for four years and will continue to do so.
