I used Rednav to move my personal belongings internationally, and while I would say they were friendly to deal with, they handed me off to their "sister company" Sebenza Freight. At which point communication from RedNav basically stopped. This "Sebenza" company messed up and miscommunicated so many critical things, essentially causing me to need to pay double what I was quoted, and caused me so much stress around my move that I would never recommend RedNav to anyone. I only have praise for this company, from the initial call, to the time my goods were delivered to my front door. Despite issues with international freight due to COVID-19, Suzette was courteous and professional at all times. Constant communication was afforded to me at all times and I was never felt left out as I have with other freight companies I have used previously in Perth. Thank you once again and look forward to using your services in the future.
