I paid $150 without a tip for a fill in and a pedicure. It's been almost 2 weeks since my nail appointment. These nails are breaking off. Very unhappy on how much they charge. It's never the same amount. The discounts is only 5% so what -$2.00 off not worth the time n money if u ask me. While getting my Pedi I had a younger male work on my nails. I cannot express how wholly disappointed and disrespected I feel. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like an inconvenience. I don’t appreciate being rushed and pushed out the door. Highly over priced for such sloppy work done by Ken. Don’t bother asking for a refund because you won’t get it.
The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Ken was beyond rude and impatient with me. I came in for a repaint after I got my nails done somewhere else and was unsatisfied. Charged me $50 for a file and paint. NO acrylic was added and took maybe 15 minutes. Shoved my hands in the lamp and would not let me look to check that the design was what I expected. went to Ken for an acrylic manicure, and it was the worst experience ever. First off, he was super late and didn't even apologize. Then, he rushed through my nails, and they look uneven and sloppy. To top it off, he was talking on his phone the whole time! Seriously, save your money and go somewhere else. Ken's nail skills are a total disaster.
