The service in this establishment is absolutely repulsive. If i had the choice of getting a manicure here and shoving my hand in a running garbage disposal. I would choose the latter without hesitation. No rating. Because that's how terrible this place is...and the music sucks too.

I've gone to Red's Nails for a year. Recently I've been very dissappointed. I went yesterday and they let four ladies go in front of me even thought my friend and I were already seated. Today was the last straw. I went inside and again they let four ladies go inside but I still waited. I was getting shellac and the man doing my nails and he didn't let enough time for them to harden so at the end when he wiped the excess off all the color started coming off after I told him it needed more time. I really hate going to this place, but they do a good job on my pedicure. Every freaking month I tell myself I'm going to look for another establishment. First of all they forget that you're the customer. They make their face like how dare you. I know they understand English. This is the last straw. I am going to look for another place that has a welcoming friendlier atmosphere. Even if it costs me more for a pedicure.

They greeted me at the door and we very kind. I really don't like when they speak they're language in front of me or around me because it makes me feel uncomfortable because they might be talking about someone around the room. And they kept that to a minimum which I liked. I would've really appreciated that they would be so kind as to not do that. I would've given a 5 star rating.
