The guy doing nails was chatty... which was nice. But tbh I came to have pedicure and chill out... didn't get chance as he talked whole time. So it didn't feel like a pamper. It might be ok for some people but me, no... rather relax. Also really wanted glitter... picked out the colour. But it didnt look very glittery. The whole experience felt rushed and I didn't feel the actual pedicure was great, heels/hard skin... moisturiser etc.
What I asked for vs what I got. Photo speaks for itself. The guy even removed the polish off my nails not once but TWICE n still messed them up🤦🏻♀️ after almost 2 hours I was just ready to go... And I even asked before we got started "Can you do this",and showed him the photo, he assured me that he could when I started questioning the color difference he said it's bc they were using a brush and he wasn't. And no I didn't want to go back in and let them "fix" them bc as stated he already had to remove the polish TWICE...
Terrible service, techs are always rushing! Acting oblivious to services requested due to service wait times. I literally had to trim my own nails underneath my acrylic. Upon leaving I decided to go back into establishment to request oil for my cuticles on my hands which I paid for a soak manicure. Fill-in acrylic on toes looked awful and visible. Instead of advising additional walk-ins it’ll be a wait time they’d rather give you whatever and still charge full cost. Never again, I work too hard!
Got ombre acrylics done and they did an amazing job and matched the coloring I wanted perfectly! I always come here and they always do an amazing job
