I had a pedicure done on Feb 21st, a short time later that day I noticed the bottoms of my feet were still rough. A few hours later I went back and asked to have the pumice stone redone (they were not very busy at this time). The person behind the register said "they would take care of it" and had me sit down. Another person came over and said "they would only add more lotion to my feet and that is all they would do and that I need to take better care of my feet" (she wasn't even the person who did my pedicure).
