If I could leave half a star, I would. I had submitted a review about my experience with this company several months ago however, it's since been removed. This would be in violation of the CRFA as my review was neither inaccurate nor inappropriate. I was a first time investor when I decided to start the process with Red Mug Investments two years ago. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Things seemed so easy during the entire process, communication with Jorge was very thorough, and I got a great return on my investment! I'm so happy I went with Red Mug and I will suggest them to anyone interested in investing in real-estate.
My experience with the construction and renovation workers at a neighboring site was incredibly infuriating. Despite my repeated reminders that they were not authorized to use my front yard to place their tools, materials, or any other construction-related items, they persisted in doing so. Their complete disregard for property lines was unacceptable, and they left my property littered with dangerous nails and screws.
