I’ve had the best experiences with the front staff and my doctor was very patient and knowledgeable.
SCAM! I have to pay out of pocket for a service, but they refuse to tell me the price. They claim they do not even have a price range for how much blood labs will cost til after the service. 4 phone calls, 3 hours, 8 people, none of them could tell me how much they will bill me for. Simple lab work, not a surgery or anything that may come with surprises, just blood work. I feel they are discriminating against me for being disabled. The dumbest experience i've had with a cigna medical group pharmacy. They didn't fill and ignored my medication because they thought it was put there on mistake... a mistake that had to go through medical professionals prior to the pharmacy department ? Do not recommend for anyone trying to get urgent medical supplies.
The doctors are usually on time and do all the right things.
