This company JUST turned me over to a collection agency, for $69! I was alerted on my credit report! I called and asked them why they would do that, when I NEVER received a bill, or a phone call regarding it! I was told by the girl in billing, that they sent 3 letters, all of which came back. I said, do you have my correct address? You have ALL the paperwork with my address and phone number on it, along with all the insurance information! She rattled off an address from 5 years ago! This company billed me personally and refused to contact my insurance company. My insurance company claims they're out of network; Red Mountain claims they're "in" network, but the two won't talk to each other. "Anna" (an alleged manager of Red Mountain) hung up on me twice after I took the phone. Before I said anything she began a tirade of, "Sir, you're going to have to calm down.", repeatedly talking over the top of me; I hadn't even said anything yet.
