This place is so unorganized. No one (except Ali, who does leasing) knows how to do their job. The bookkeeper (Kayla) doesn't know how to keep any documentation organized so if you get put into collections because she forgot to input something, join the club. And no one knows how to communicate or solve issues. No one cares about customer service. This place is an overpriced joke. RecommendedIf you’re interested in getting an apartment in Lexington, I definitely recommend checking Campus Court Apartments out. They take pride in their community and with free parking, cable TV, water, and internet- you aren’t just getting a place to stay... you’re finding a place to call home.
I love living here! Just renewed my lease the other day. I’ve always felt super welcome and safe here. The staff is always so friendly! Ask for Ali in the front office, he’s the greatest and will be more than happy to help you with anything you need!
The staff at Campus Court are super friendly! They always introduce you with a smile and truly care about their residents. The apartments are really nice and they even have a dog park (even though I wish it was a little bit bigger). The whole complex is really gorgeous. With the new management, this place has definitely turned around! :)
I lived here for two years, and I've had a great experience, especially towards the end. In the past year, they've come under great management with a caring group in the front office and a quality maintenance staff. When it came time for me to move to a place more convenient for my new job, they kept caring and were genuinely supportive of my needs even though they knew I wasn't renewing my lease (and as a previous renter, that's unbelievably rare). I’ve lived here for over a year and this has been the best apartment experience I’ve had by far! Any problems that I’ve had they have attended to them quickly and follow up to make sure it was done to my standard. The community events is a plus as well

For anyone looking for an apartment near campus, I whole-heartedly recommend Campus Court! Over the past few months, the new owners have really turned this community around. The office staff is extremely courteous and are always willing to help you solve problems. The community facilities are nice, which is a plus to me. The new staff really is making new changes and trying to get all of the renters involved by doing fun events.
