This company is so amazing! They catered a large event, and the food was fresh, tasty, and perfect for something to grab and eat easily. The service team was so nice and approachable. I highly recommend!
He had a wonderful time at a private event, and these amazing ladies from Red Mesa delivered the best service and wonderful food with an incredible selection and setting.
We chose Red Mesa for our catering services at our wedding and I couldn't imagine a better provider than them. Mabelissa and the entire team were fabulous!!!! We did a tasting, and chose full catering with appetizers, dinner, coffee bar, sweets table and full bar service. Everything was outstanding, our guests reached out to tell us how great dinner was and that was huge to hear so much positive feedback about this catering company. THE BEST!!!!!!!
We hired Red Mesa for our wedding in December 2025. We went with them because we wanted Latin food at the wedding and saw very good reviews. The two positives from our experience were the taste of the food and the food displays were beautiful. However, the rest of our experience wasn’t the best. Communication was all over the place. Red Mesa Catering made our holiday party unforgettable! The food was absolutely amazing! The steak crostini were perfectly seasoned and tender, the Italian and Cubano sliders were packed with flavor, and the stuffed cucumbers were such a refreshing touch.
