We hired Red Mesa for our wedding in December 2025. We went with them because we wanted Latin food at the wedding and saw very good reviews. The steak crostini were perfectly seasoned and tender, the Italian and Cubano sliders were packed with flavor, and the stuffed cucumbers were such a refreshing touch.
