I have been fortunate enough to use Red Mesa on a few different catering events. It’s an absolute all star organization. The food and presentation are stunning. The ease of having set up or on staff help during the event is seamless. I won’t go to anyone else to cater events seeing the delicious food options and seamless process to create an unforgettable event. Make sure you give them a call! You won’t be sorry.

I recently used Red Mesa catering service and I am just so impressed with the food, the service and the way they do their business. It was my 50th birthday and they did an amazing job of sending a great team. The food was beautiful and tasty at the same time.
We (the grandmas to be) chose Red Mesa Catering to cater the baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law this past weekend. We could not be happier with the service and attention Mabelissa and her entire team provided us with, not to mention the food! Red Mesa catered my sister’s wedding. Food was amazing, staff super professional. At time of cleanup they provided to-go container those guests that wanted extra, that was amazing!!!!
