Shout out Valid, he was absolutely amazing through the whole process.
First time bringing in my vehicle. Not familiar with protocol. No one told me what to do or where to go once I pulled my car into the bay. I walked into the service office. Took awhile for staff to acknowledge my presence. I interrupted their ‘group’ of reps who were eating and laughing.
