It is super hard to get through, but once you do, the receptionist team is great! Our first visit was disappointing for several reasons (still waiting to hear back on x-ray results that I was told to expect a last week), but I am hoping that next time if we meet with the actual pediatrician and not a nurse practitioner, it will be a more positive experience. I LOVE this office, the staff are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that when I am genuinely worried about my child, I can’t get in contact with anyone. I feel like I might as well make a longer distance office/hospital my pediatrician if I’m going to have the make the long trip for an appointment anyway.
