I rented from Cathy Nelson with Red Maple Management. Cathy Went out of business the same month I was moving out of the rental. Top Self to over the rental. No one informed me of this until I called her office and Mike Sudman picked up and Said she left town and is no longer in business?? I told Mike that I pre-paid my rent in advance (650.00) and also have not been contacted back regarding the refund of my deposit. I moved out on June 7, 2018 it is now September 9, 2018 and I am still fighting this company for my money back... read more
Cathy and Shelly are SUPER helpful and go above and beyond to answer questions and meet the needs of their landlords and tenants. Highly recommend this rental management company and the friendly team!
I have been a renter of 2 different properties through Red Maple Management. Cathy and Shelly have always been very professional in their assistance to me , making sure I am very comfortable in my home. Any repair that has needed done is addressed quickly and with trustworthy companies. My emails are answered promptly with solutions. I would highly recommend seeing them for any property they manage that you are interested in. 1st class company! 1st class people!
