We were hankering for some Dim Sum but it was late in the day. We found Red Maple and made the short trip! Tons of free parking in their lot and a neat, genuine vibe from outside. We had an extremely solid meal in a clean, quiet environment. The PonPon sauce is to die for, and the Dim Sum lived up to our hopes and dreams!
