There website says about their General Tso's chicken, "This is a very popular dish in Northern China. It's sweet, crispy, juicy and spicy all in one plate! (General won't disappoint you!)" - I'm shockingly disappointed. I thought this place was supposed to be "authentic", so I tried it. My first time here. Got the Mongolian Beef lunch box full not ala carte. When someone tells you the full is too much to eat, believe them. I had plenty and took it home and the rice from my buddys meal. Son tried to eat it all but only got maybe 1/3 the way through so we will make like 4 meals from one. I loved the hot and sour. Some of the best I have had and they understand crunchy bits for the soup. I usually end up with chow mein noodles rather than "chips". Their service was good. But the food tasted old the chicken had hard pieces in it. The rice and the noodles were over cooked I loved the sauce but whole meal was a 3/10 place used to be better.
I feel like we got left over food that was reheated. Both Chicken & noodles/rice were all way over cooked. Mushy, No flavor. Chicken stringy. I still eat, Due to funds. Sauce had good flavor. Love the soup. Hot & sour soup could be hotter.
