Walked in to buy a smoothie. The person at the front was wiping a panel below the counter and said "Hold on, I'll be with you in a second." I wait politely, happy to at least be acknowledged. So I wait.. And wait.. I wait some more.. The employee continues wiping. I wait some more. They're still wiping.
