i hope there was a zero rating so i could give to this place. The lady at the counter has no courtesy. No greetings, no etiquette in the staff. Very unhygienic. staff is not following any cleanliness ritual. we ordered chicken wings that there was a long hair tangled in it. I almost puked. i took it the counter. she just removed the hair from the box and was ok to give it to me. there was no apology from them. she just said to take money back. this is totally ridiculous and unethical. highly irresponsible and not recommended... read more
I used to love this place but the management / customer service has declined immensely. I can count over 5 times I’ve come in after open time 10am and they are not open. It is clear there is no structure. One day I even came in and stood in front of the store watching a girl who works there have a conversation with the front door worker for Walmart over 5 minutes while I just stood there in confusion. The robot was broke when we ordered the pizza. Then they manually put it in the sauce dispenser and it misfired. Half the sauce was fell on the ground. Not worth it.
