I purchased a yogurt with strawberries, and i found a small hair inside. When i returned it to the store, the manager responded with an attitude and asked ‘What do you want?' It was not the kind of service I expected. There was zero customer care, and her tone was very rude.
Run by special people. Talking not helping me. Avoid seriously. Not fresh
I had a fantastic experience at the RED Mango franchise! The service was exceptional, thanks to the friendly and attentive employees, Bhumi and Bhanshri. They were both very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a great visit. The quality of the food and the overall ambiance made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend visiting this location!
The quality of red mango is not present at this location in both the yogurt and service, yogurt was watery, toppings don’t taste fresh and staff don’t wanna do their job, I’ve gone to other red mango and they actually taste good and provide good service, first location with bad service and product, they need to quality check and fix this place.
