The quality of red mango is not present at this location in both the yogurt and service, yogurt was watery, toppings don’t taste fresh and staff don’t wanna do their job, I’ve gone to other red mango and they actually taste good and provide good service, first location with bad service and product, they need to quality check and fix this place.
This is my first time at red mango and I have many complaints. Frozen Yogurt texture feels like water and cookie dough bites are grey for some reason. The service was fine. After I had the frozen yogurt, my throat felt sore and I started to feel weird and nauseous. I am very disappointed in this place. I hope the other locations of this company are better than this.
The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful towards employees and customers. It’s insane how rude they are. I need ed a straw for my drink and a brown woman refused to give me one and I was surprised because u don’t say no especially when I have a drink. So I asked another employee and not kidding you they looked at her like they were scared. She wasn’t even the manager. I asked for their manager but she was even ruder. I’ve been coming to this red mango for YEARS since its the only mall I go to, today I went with my little cousin and ofc she’s going to take a little more time when deciding what to order, this spanish light skin girl got MAD because I told her to wait since my little cousin is literally trying to see what toppings to get… she literally made a hand stomp against the counter… there wasn’t anyone even waiting in line behind us for her to be that mad. Visited this place today, the staff was disrespectful towards their work and us, kept talking and laughing amongst themselves while we were making an order. The drink was also bitter even though they confirmed it’d be sweet beforehand. Bad customer service overall.
