I stopped coming here a long time ago because they’re unfriendly, and it’s not self-serve. The family owned frozen yogurt places are better.
Most unfriendliest workers here. I came on a Saturday around 11:30am and theres literally no one else here. I greeted the worker with a ‘Hi!’ and she just stares at me. No hi or anything back. Im just waiting for her to say something. No ‘welcome to red mango’ or ‘what would you like?’ It honestly made me feel uncomfortable being there. Okay, so i’ll just match your energy then. The amount of bad reviews relating specifically to the attitude of the staff is insane and very telling. I love red mango and this storefront is diminishing the quality and reputation of the franchise. If the staff were at least somewhat nice and didn’t act like all customers were a nuisance and like they hate their jobs, this place could have been redeemable. If you really can’t even pretend to be nice and try, should really just shut this place down.
