Rude and unprofessional staff. Online it says they open at 10 I got here almost 10:30 and they said they’re not open yet.
Speaking out loud but not to the customer (ear buds) ?! Gloves on when getting tending money same gloves when handling food…
I went to Red Mango with a friend today and everything was okay until we were given our frozen yogurt. Our yogurt was slammed onto the glass. As for my friend, she was given the bare minimum of frozen yogurt while I was given a big serving of frozen yogurt. I was also not given a spoon with my frozen yoghurt, when I asked a male worker, he looked annoyed as if I was requesting something more demanding. I wonder why these people are still employed since there are multiple people complaining about the same individuals.
The Indian girl with glasses was super rude, she should be fired. I was there with my girlfriend getting yogurt on 4/25 around 3 PM. I politely asked what sizes they had, and she was rude for no reason. I was just trying to order what did I do?
Red mango is mid now. Frozen yogurt is not cold enough. Melted in 2 min. As for their smoothies, they are not blended enough and too thick for straws! Otherwise, pretty good.
