Very professional and very informative, relaxing atmosphere
This was my first time getting acupuncture. I'm highly afraid of needles. I was so nervous, but Dr Scarlett was very patient with me, helped calm me down and was very gentle. I didn't even feel them. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.
Dr,. Scarlett is an amazing person who really listens to her patients. With only being in the area for a couple of weeks for work the chiropractor I was seeing recommended combined treatment with their office and acupuncture. He even communicated with Dr. Scarlett and setup my first appointment to get me the best combined treatment possible between the 2 offices. Dr. Yvonne's office is warm and welcoming, just like her. She takes her time to listen thoroughly and makes recommendations and explain her ideas. She really cares about her patients and I always feel that I am in great hands with Dr. Yvonne.
I was right about to start IVF when I learned about the benefits of doing acupuncture concurrently. Even though I reached out to Dr. Scarlett less than 3 weeks from when I was starting stims and also about to leave for vacation she went above and beyond to schedule a phone and in person consultation with me to discuss my needs and come up with a personalized treatment plan that worked around my busy IVF and busy work schedule.
