Dr. Yvonne's office is warm and welcoming, just like her. She takes her time to listen thoroughly and makes recommendations and explain her ideas. She really cares about her patients and I always feel that I am in great hands with Dr. Yvonne.
I was right about to start IVF when I learned about the benefits of doing acupuncture concurrently. Even though I reached out to Dr. Scarlett less than 3 weeks from when I was starting stims and also about to leave for vacation she went above and beyond to schedule a phone and in person consultation with me to discuss my needs and come up with a personalized treatment plan that worked around my busy IVF and busy work schedule. Dr Scarlett is happy, kind and precise in her treatments! Her office and treatment rooms are very zen and calming.
Although I did not fully become a patient I had a great experience talking about my concerns and a plan for my health care.
