Customer Service Sucks I never made it to this store because the man on the phone was so rude. I believe in customer service. I asked the man the closest cross street and he quoted the address and slammed the phone down, sounded hurried. I don't answer my phone unless I have time to talk.
This store has it all. I've been a customer of Red Lotus Martial Arts Supply for over 8 years and they continue to serve my needs. Over the years, they have continued to add more and more hard to find products of the highest quality to their inventory of products. I find that I shop there multiple times a month and have never been disappointed in any of their products, whether it be martial arts gear, clothes, weapons, tea pots, or anything for that matter.
