This is the worst service I've ever had. We waited for our food for more than an hour after we sat down. Everyone's food finally came but mine. The waitress brings me food that I didnt even order. They thought bringing me Walts shrimp was an upgrade when that's not what I ordered. The mgr said they "found" more shrimp if the freezer if I wanted those....after 1 1/2 hours I'm ready to go and have lost my appetite.

We came from out of town for my mom & dad's 40th anniversary, to the ball game, then came here for our dinner. They treated our party of 23 with a lot of courtesy, respect, very accommodating & service above & beyond expectations. Thank you!

Worst Service I have ever had! – Waited 10 min just to get a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. The bartender was slow and not very friendly. Once we got a table, the food was great! But once again, the service was slow and they were not that busy. They also double charged us on the bill from the bar. I paid for the drinks at the bar, but they added those drinks to the final bill. The waiter said "this happens all the time". Nice, well, it dosent' happen to me! Don't waste your time with this place.

Excellent! – I loved my experience here. The waitress was on her job! My mom and I had drinks and high dollar items. The food was good. We were greeted promptly, seated promptly, and constantly checked on. She assisted us with packaging our leftovers.She suggested some good items. I will definitely return....hopefully, I will get the same waitress.

Hands down the worst Red Lobster in existence – I took my girlfriend and her mother to the 12 mile road location on a Saturday afternoon. My first impression of the restaurant was that is was kind of run down (dirty and in need of a paint job). It was pretty busy that day and we waited a while to get a table.
